Not really a hefty price - US$45 = AU$50 for a demo, not too bad at all considering most new games cost double that amount.
Already pre-ordered mine here in Australia, to be released around late Feb to early March...

Most games are very enjoyable
triple "A" next generation titles and
have a very long playability life span :D
Graphics contributes a very big part in gamers' minds when your're playing. The more realistic it looks the more you are stimulated to play these sort of games.
Then it's your perception of ( physics ) that takes over, once this is up to your taste/liking the more you are inclined to play/re-play.
With GranTurismo 5: Prologue, think it's a knock-out graphically but am still partial to it's physics.

All the things that needed to be sorted-out for the PS3 will eventually happen this 2008.

Just bought myself a new 40inch full-hd Bravia with ( free* PS3 console ) here in Sydney, great promo Sony! One of the best deals for the year 07'-08'.

It's only those gullible "gotta have it now tech-ies" who will never be innovative and change for the better.
They just could'nt grasp the idea that all this new stuff which are coming-out has to have some time before they're really worthy - that is speaking in reasonably priced with all the features buyers actually need and want.
With reasonably priced that means wait for other brands to join-up so there would be competition on everything - bargains, discounts, ...
PGR4 boxart definitely looked far better than Forza2.
Yes the Orange Box is truly atrocious and cheap, but not what's inside though... same with Halo3 boxart.
Crysis was'nt too bad at all, thought if you want to attract gamers'/consumers' alike with this artwork, it would surely sell.

Physics simulation on Forza 2 is quite good, but it seems a lot of important ( driving features ) to make me experience the feeling of { virtual } realism were left for some wasteful add-ons.
The shops here in Sydney said GT5: Prologue - in Blu-Ray disc format would be released around March.
It will be a big disappointment that damage-mode is ( now - not* ) included on the disc, when before they said it would be for the Prologue version.
But would still be getting...
Will definitely get this good deal that Sony has started recently in Australia -about buying certain ( Full-HD 1080p Bravia Series "W", "X" and "XBR" ) which are the listed models if you want to avail of a { *free Sony PS3 40gb ).
Was going to get mine ( PS3 ) around mid-year next but with this fantastic promo, guess it has to be now ( which would end on Jan.28,2008 ). Still going to keep my old CRT and put it in my room.

This game is definitely on my must-buy list, but then I still have to first purchase a PS3 console.

Also bring in a new set of wardrobe/appearance to wear in different situations, and some simple but effective weapons ( knives, torches or anything she can grab in surrounding area like broken wood, bottles, rocks, etc. ) to make her seem more vulnerable/believable.

But that does'nt matter now... I will definitely be buying this game still and will be anxiously wait for the "real-deal" GranTurismo 5 ( with more of everything, damage-mode included and heard they might just add { weather physics } which will truly make this game an awesome experience....
Sex sells, it's instinctive.

Sad to say this but the gaming industry is in the same part and path as to the going's on in hollywood...
Games produce and take a big chunk of what's in the entertainment industry.
Basically it's in the same circle.
Same values of greed and dishonesty, control and manipulation.
And also a handful of good ones to counter the bad.
Also know this time around the "real-deal" GranTurismo 5 will certainly not disappoint.
A definite must-have triple "A" classic title coming later this year.
Hope they do add weather physics with this game as they said they would along with damage-mode, more cars, more tracks and more features.
